Tracey concentrates her practice in insurance defense litigation including premises liability, motor vehicle and trucking, and toxic tort litigation. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and multiple federal courts, including the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Middle District of Pennsylvania, Western District of Pennsylvania, District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of New York.
Tracey received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. in Political Science and Speech Communications from Boston College. After law school, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in the King’s County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York. Prior to joining RMH, Tracey worked at an insurance defense firm in the catastrophic loss group, focusing on medical malpractice defense. Her civil litigation experience includes successfully defending complex personal injury matters for insurance carriers and self-insured clients in both state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her work also included civil rights litigation. She has extensive experience managing large caseloads, conducting complex depositions, and negotiating favorable settlements for her clients.
Tracey has served as an arbitrator for the Chester County Arbitration Panels since 1996. She is active in her community as a chairperson of the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair, and previously served on the school advisory board of St. Norbert’s School in Paoli, PA.
