Samantha Pelusi is an associate at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s New Jersey office. She focuses her practice in the areas of general liability and toxic tort litigation.

Samantha received her B.S. in Government from Franklin and Marshall College in 2018. While at F&M, Samantha was a member and served as captain of the Women’s Softball Team. Samantha went on to obtain her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in May 2022. During law school, Samantha was a law clerk at Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd, which focuses on the collection of unpaid real estate taxes and municipal utility fees. During her final year in law school, Samantha had an externship with the Veterans Law Clinic at Widener, which she provided free legal representation to low-income and disabled veterans and their dependents in appealing adverse VA decisions.
