Michael Jubanyik is a Partner with the firm. Michael graduated from Albright College in 1985 and Rutgers University School of Law in 1988. There he received an American Jurisprudence Award for products liability. He has been practicing Insurance Defense Litigation for more than 30 years. His areas of concentration include automobile negligence, trucking and transportation, construction defect, product liability, liquor liability, molestation and assault claims, slip and fall, professional malpractice claims and general negligence claims. Michael has defended both religious institutions and public entities in cases involving assault and harassment. Prior to coming to Reilly McDevitt and Henrich Mr. Jubanyik worked as a senior trial attorney as in house counsel for Fireman’s Fund, Ohio Casualty and High Point/Palisades Insurance Companies. He has recently been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and has handled matters venued there. He also recently was a panelist/ speaker for a National continuing education program entitled “Emerging Topics in Sexual Abuse Litigation”.
Michael has been active in his community where he has served regularly as a Mock Court Trial Judge for the Vincent J. Apruzzese Mock Trial Competition for High School Students
