Ms. Lower received her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2021. While At Rutgers, Ms. Lower participated on the school’s Mock Trial team in a National Competition. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University in 1996.  She is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Lower was a physical therapist and rehabilitation director focusing her career on subacute rehabilitation settings and healthcare compliance. Her license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey remains active.

Prior to joining Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, P.C. as an associate, Ms. Lower worked at Burns White, LLC as an associate in their healthcare and long-term care practice.
