Charles Hoyt is an Associate at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s New Jersey Office. He focuses his practice in the areas of sexual abuse, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, property coverage and debt recovery. Charles has experience preparing trials and appeals in both New Jersey Superior Court and U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Charles received a B.A. in English from Lafayette College in 2018. While at Lafayette, Charles was a member of the Track and Field team. Charles went on to obtain his J.D. (cum laude) from Widener University Delaware Law School in June 2021. During law school, Charles clerked for the Honorable Arnold L. New, Supervising Judge in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Charles also served as a board member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law.

Prior to joining Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, P.C. as an Associate, Charles clerked in the firm’s Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey offices.
