Carrie A. Weaver is an Associate at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s Philadelphia office. She received her B.A. in Psychology with a Double Major in Criminal Justice from Temple University in 2020 and her J.D. from the Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2023 as a Law and Public Policy Scholar. While in law school, Carrie was heavily involved with the Law and Public Policy Program, serving as both a Teaching Assistant for the Institutional Decision-Making course of the Program and as the editor for the Law and Public Policy Program blog.
Throughout law school, Carrie had various public interest internships, including for the Child Welfare Unit of the Philadelphia Law Department and as a Mediator in the Philadelphia Municipal Court, but her favorite internship was as a Legal Intern for the Office of Pennsylvania State Senator Amanda Cappelletti. Following law school, Carrie began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Deborah Silverman Katz, Assignment Judge of the Camden Vicinage of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
