Brian is an associate at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s Philadelphia Office. He received his B.S. in Economics with distinction from Penn State University in 2010, and then earned his J.D. from Penn State Law in 2013. Following law school, Brian began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable James M. McMaster, Bucks County Court of Common Pleas.

Brian has handled a high volume of cases in both civil and criminal courts throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania for over a decade. Brian has extensive experience representing defendants in criminal proceedings, which includes representing clients in jury trials and through the appellate process. His civil litigation experience encompasses defending  individuals and insurers in lawsuits involving personal injury, property damage, trucking and transportation defense, fraud investigations, subrogation claims and UM/UIM claims.
