Michael P. McDonald is an associate at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s New Jersey office. Michael focuses his practice on general liability, insurance defense, and asbestos litigation. 

Michael received a B.A. in History from the University of Scranton in 2016. While at the University of Scranton, he was a member of the Royals baseball team. Michael went on to receive his J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law School in 2022.  During law school, he earned a certificate specializing in Civil Litigation. Michael was a member of Dickinson’s National Mock Trial Team serving as a co-captain, where he competed in a National Trial Competition against distinguished regional law schools. He was also interned in the Medical Legal Partnership Clinic at Penn State Dickinson Law.

Before joining Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, Michael worked as a judicial law clerk with the Honorable Anne E. Hartnett and the Honorable Kathleen Amalfitano in the Kent County Court of Common Pleas in Delaware. Michael worked as a law graduate for a large non-profit firm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He also interned with the Honorable Malachy Mannion U.S. District Court of Pennsylvania M.D.
