Haley Matthes is an Associate at Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich’s New Jersey Office. She focuses her practice in the areas of toxic tort litigation, products liability, premises liability, dram shop, and professional liability. Haley has experience in trial preparation and trial support and has assisted in cases in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey’s state and federal courts.

Haley received a B.A. as a double major in International Affairs and Government & Law from Lafayette College in 2019. While at Lafayette, Haley was a member and served as captain of the Varsity Women’s Tennis Team. She was also a member of Phi Alpha Theta History Honors Society, as well as a founding member of the Lafayette Women in Law Club. Haley has worked both on Capitol Hill for Senator Robert Casey, Jr., as well as for a Member of Parliament in the United Kingdom during her time studying abroad in London.

Haley went on to obtain her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in May 2022. During law school, Haley interned for the Honorable Paula A. Roscioli, in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas, Easton PA as well as for a regional insurance defense firm in Philadelphia. Haley also served as a board member of the Delaware Law School Chapter of Phi Alpha Delta.

Prior to joining Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, P.C. as an Associate, Haley clerked for a regional insurance defense firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
