Andrew graduated from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, before continuing on to Rutgers Law School in Newark. There he was involved in the Moot Court Board and the Education and Health Law Clinic. After graduating, Andrew clerked for the Honorable Regina Caulfield, P.J.Cr. in Union County.

Prior to joining Reilly, McDevitt & Henrich, Andrew practiced in Bergen County, where his practice focused on labor and employment litigation. Andrew is licensed to practice in New Jersey.
