Admitted to the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts, Stephanie has extensive litigation experience in the defense of product liability, mass tort, trucking and transportation, general liability and insurance defense matters.  She has represented innumerable corporations that manufacture, supply and distribute a vast array of products and has acted as defense counsel in thousands of asbestos and toxic tort exposure, product liability and general liability cases throughout the tristate area.  She also acts as national coordinating and regional counsel for various entities, including a worldwide food manufacturer in general liability, automobile, and product liability suits. She frequently is asked to speak on a range of topics at various CLEs regarding the defense of companies in the asbestos litigation and her various techniques and skills defending such claims.  In addition to being a skilled litigator, Stephanie has a proven record in and out of the courtroom and consistently exceeds client goals and objectives in the defense of various litigation matters.
